How to create a new Gallery

Now you probably want to create your first Gallery. You can do this from the Gallery Manager Section within the Zoom Administrator.

Name the gallery however you wish.

Uploads of media/image files to your newly installed gallery is done easily from the [Media Manager] button within the same section.

Please, choose the Gallery where you would like to upload pictures from the drop-down menu. Please press the [Upload files] button to start loading the photos.

How to create a Gallery Menu

In order to publish your Gallery on the main page of your web site, you will definitely need to add a menu item, which will point to the new installation of Zoom Gallery. Please, go to the Menu section and choose the mainmenu option.

You will be taken to the CMS's Mainmenu items. Click the [New] button to create a new menu entry. You will be asked what kind of entry you would like to have - choose Component and press it.

Now name the new menu entry. From the Component section, select the Zoom Media Gallery and click the [Save] button.

Your CMS should now be ready. When you go to your CMS's front-end you will be able to see the Zoom Gallery entry, which you have just set. Once you click on it, you will be taken to your new gallery.

That's it! Now go, and enjoy your integrated Zoom Gallery!
